01Our Safety Approach

We want users to create stylized 3D avatars and published AR works safely and respectfully. We use automated content review before publication and may use manual review where needed. Users can report content, delete their own content, and appeal certain moderation actions. The current version does not provide a user-facing block button, but we can remove content, restrict publishing, suspend or terminate accounts, and prevent abusive users from continuing to use the Service.

02Content You May Not Upload or Publish

You may not upload, generate, publish, place, caption, like, or otherwise interact with content in a way that includes or promotes:

• sexual content, nudity, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or sexualized content involving minors;
• harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, humiliation, doxxing, or targeted abuse;
• hate speech, hateful symbols, praise or support for hate groups, or attacks based on protected characteristics;
• graphic violence, gore, threats of violence, or encouragement of harm;
• self-harm, suicide encouragement, dangerous challenges, or instructions for serious harm;
• illegal goods, illegal services, regulated goods, weapons sales, drugs, or instructions for criminal activity;
• scams, phishing, spam, malware, deceptive schemes, or impersonation;
• content that invades privacy, reveals private personal information, or uses another person's photo, likeness, or identity without necessary rights or permission;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• AR placements that encourage trespassing, interfere with emergency services, create physical safety risks, or target private homes, schools, hospitals, or sensitive locations in an abusive way.

03Photos and Likeness

Only upload photos and create avatars or published works that you have the right to use. Do not upload another person's photo or use another person's likeness to mislead, harass, sexualize, shame, or impersonate them.

Our avatars are intended to be stylized and non-photorealistic. Even so, users must respect privacy, publicity, and identity rights.

04Published Work Captions, Likes, and Account Information

Published work captions, likes, usernames, and profile photos must follow this Policy. Do not use text, likes, or account information to harass, threaten, sexualize, impersonate, scam, or direct abuse toward others.

05Public AR Placement Rules

Do not place published works:

• where they create real-world danger or obstruct safe movement;
• to target, shame, surveil, or harass a person or group;
• in a way that suggests official endorsement by a venue, brand, school, employer, government agency, or public figure when no such endorsement exists;
• in restricted, dangerous, private, or sensitive locations in an abusive or disruptive way;
• with instructions that encourage trespassing or unsafe behavior.

06Capturing and Reposting

The current version does not provide an in-app sharing feature. If you screenshot, record, repost, quote, or otherwise capture or distribute another user's content outside the Service, you must comply with this Policy, our Terms, and applicable law. Do not do so to harass, shame, sexualize, impersonate, deceive, dox, threaten, or encourage others to target them.

Do not remove context, attribution, safety labels, or moderation notices in a way that misleads viewers about the content or the person who created it.

If someone distributes your content outside the Service in a way that violates this Policy, you can report the user or contact safety@dmyh.tech. We may act on accounts and content within the Service, but we may not be able to remove copies from third-party websites, social platforms, or other services we do not control.

07Reporting

You can report published works, published work captions, unsafe AR placements, or other available content in the app. You may also contact safety@dmyh.tech.

Report categories may include nudity or sexual content, harassment or bullying, hate or violence, unauthorized use of my photo or likeness, impersonation, privacy violation, intellectual property violation, unsafe AR placement, spam or scam, and underage account.

08Review and Enforcement

We may use automated systems and manual reviewers to review content before or after publication. We may:

• reject or block publication;
• remove or hide content;
• limit distribution or visibility;
• restrict publishing;
• disable interactions where available;
• issue warnings;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• prevent abusive users from continuing to use the Service;
• preserve evidence for safety or legal reasons;
• report conduct to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.

09Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal by using the in-app appeal flow if available or by contacting safety@dmyh.tech. Include your account information, the content or decision at issue, and a brief explanation.

10Repeat Violations

We may take stronger action for repeated or severe violations, including permanent account termination and removal of associated content.
