End User License Agreement

01License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

02Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Licensed Application;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except where law allows;
• remove legal notices or proprietary markings;
• use the Licensed Application to violate law, infringe rights, or breach our Terms of Service or Community and UGC Policy;
• interfere with security, moderation, age-gating, or technical controls.

03Ownership

We and our licensors own the Licensed Application and all related software, technology, design, trademarks, and materials. You receive only the license described in this EULA.

04User Content and AI Features

Your use of uploaded photos, AI-generated content, avatars, 3D avatar/3D assets, published works, AR placement, published work captions, likes, reports, and account information is governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community and UGC Policy, and AI and Photo Processing Notice.

05Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and feature changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Licensed Application. We are not obligated to provide any particular update or feature.

06Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for maintenance and support for the Licensed Application as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.

07Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to App Store rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

08Product Claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, and claims under consumer protection or similar laws.

09Intellectual Property Claims

If a third party claims that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.

10Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application.
